Deal Closure 15% Own end-to-end sales discussions until payment is completed. Support sales discussions with additional product and pricing information
Onboarding 5% Ensure smooth onboarding by assisting with restaurant and Menew platform setup. Provide onboarding support, system access, and training.
Support NA No action needed. Menew handles all customer support Own end-to-end customer support for technical and operational queries.
Renewal 20% Proactively coordinate with the restaurant before the expiration date to ensure renewal. Provide renewal reminders and necessary documentation.
